Wolf in the Snow is the 2018 Caldecott Medal winner. It is a wordless picture illustrated by Matthew Cordell. It depicts the story of a little girl who helps a wolf cub find its pack. When she then finds herself lost, the wolves return the favor. This is a great story about kindness.
